Patrick surprised his parents with his arrival four weeks early.  I photographed him at one month old and he is my oldest newborn to photograph so far.  A lot of newborn photographers get nervous photographing older newborn babies because they tend to be more alert and it is harder to pose them, but not Patrick – he did great!  He did wake up a bit during his newborn session, but then I wrapped him and he went right back to sleep.

Looking back at these photos brought so much joy because I love so many photos from this session!  Patrick is just too cute in his sweet sleepy hat, bear hat, the close up of his lips, his cute little toes, and mom brought along a crochet baseball outfit that fit him perfectly (last picture).  I’m so happy I was able to capture these photos for his sweet parents.  He may have come early, but he definitely cooperated with me during his newborn session!
